Shipping Policy
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- For the safest and fastest delivery, we recommend choosing Priority shipping.
- Please note that Murphy Blue's is not responsible for items lost during transit. However, we do offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
- We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders received by 2:00 PM are typically shipped out the same day.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing orders and enhancing your shopping experience. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
At Murphy Blue's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a simple and straightforward return process.
What is our return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition.
Return Period
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale/clearance items (Final Sale, no exceptions)
- Merchandise with makeup stains, deodorant, self-tanner stains, perfume (or any fragrance) smells, or pet hair
- Items without original tags
Please note that all returns are fully inspected. If the return does not meet our policy, the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
How to Initiate a Return
- Choose a shipping carrier of your choice and ship at your expense (keep your tracking information). Murphy Blue's is not responsible for lost packages.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging or another suitable packaging.
- Include a copy of your receipt and a note explaining the reason for your return.

Refund Process
Once your return is received, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued as store credit only, no exceptions.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges due to limited inventory.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
